Lava Lamp pays approved return shipping and provides a prepaid label or equivalent arrangement. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved. Orders may be canceled before shipment; after shipment, the Refund Policy applies.
